WPS file management is poor

I have emailed WPS customer support (but no reply ever) about the problem when you select files using the search function; there are no edit options (such as delete) available on your selected files! You should be able to have the normal basic edit choices on selected files in the search results such as delete and share and save to iCloud files. Other features of the app are good but, if you have a lot of files, the lack basic file management tools makes it difficult to use for real work!

I am a senior on a FIXED income. I have an iPad 2 and was happily using your app when I updated it in June and instead of being able to access the older version, which I have been able to do, I'm not not able to open it at all. Please help me regain access. I cannot afford a newer iPad. Thank you.

I’ll request the developers to look into this issue.Please don’t charge monthly/annually.Keep a paid version where we can unlock all the feature after buying a single time....You can raise the price tag....Thanks

When I use track change and choose not to display the changes, the document would become blank and cannot exit. Please fix. Thanks.

I have used the competition for decades and I must say WPS office software is better. Very happy I found this software. Easy to use and features are excellent. Price is very reasonable - Thanks for a truly great product! Works great on all my platforms - Iphone X, android and windows.
