Poor excuse for a word game

The game uses words that aren’t correct, slang or lazy spelling and doesn’t accept some words that are actual words. I wouldn’t play it, if it wasn’t a way to have some contact with my mother.
to many ads. it’s ridiculous

Game worked fine until today. Is very clunky, cannot place letters without hiccups and must close out game a few times when playing one person. Seems to be connected to the advertising platform where you get the privilege of closing the ad at the bottom of the screen by swiping down…

i hate that you keep asking me
You keep changing things but never give new directions. I am almost 75 years old and I am not very computer savvy ..I like the game but it takes me time to figure out what the new changes

Google: “ranked list of word game apps” The shocking drop in popularity is due to all of the junk that has been added by developers. I agree with the MANY reviews that list why the players no longer enjoy the game. Look elsewhere; there are many better options.
So bad on new iPad Pro

Every time an ad plays, there’s no way out. There’s no X and there’s no built-in system to bring you back to the app. Just a black screen. I have to turn off and restart the iPad for each ad that plays and boy does that get old.

The game continues to freeze or have a long delay after the banner “claim”. Shows up at the top of the game. This issue is recent and very annoying. I often have to close the game and reboot.
