Too difficult to get to ongoing game

I think you’ve nearly ruined this game. Far too many hoops to jump through to get to ongoing games. Need a “for pay” ad free version.

Freezing issue!

I have loved this game for years, but recently it will only let me play one game and then freezes!

I’ve played this game for years. I play two games with each friend I play. The new version and update are terrible! I can play one word and then have to close the app and then reopen. Tech support said “ they know” and “ are working on it” ... sure hope so. It has left me wondering if it’s because I use an ad free version and won’t let them send me push notifications?

Ever since the “update”. The arrow that moves you to the next game doesn’t work. I have to close the game, remove it from active list open it again, then repeating that process for every game!?

This was my favorite game for years until this latest update. I can never get to my next game after making one move, it simply freezes and is completely unresponsive. I have to close out of the app entirely to get to my next game every time. Please fix!

I’ve been playing WWF for years. Love the game! Since it changed over to the new version my screen freezes up after I play once.... so annoying

I’ve never had problems before, but this latest update is driving me crazy. I can’t move from one game to another (next game button) or back to my main page without force quitting the app. Super annoying.

Since recent update keeps freezing. Having to reload several times a day. I dislike all the added features. I just want to play the regular game without hassles. This is getting cumbersome. If I weren’t connecting with so many friends, I’d dump the whole thing. It isn’t what it uses to be! Update things are only worse. Keeps freezing. I have to delete and reinstall app. Fix this please! I also have to go in and adjust all the settings each time I’m beginning to hate this game! If I could remove the one star I would!!!

I would love to pay to avoid ads. Terrible ads that are crazy long. Normally I exit the game and restart because they are so terrible and repetitive. I almost want to get rid of the game.
