I forgot the email i used to created my player Esmerelda1a. I have written to zynga support over and over and over trying to get help, and I GET NOTHING BUT GOBBLEDEGOOK from a “live assistant,” never from a real person. Nobody live ever reads or answers my question. Do NOT play this game.

My long-time game with rating & many friends just disappeared. That’s not okay! I re-appeared as zyngauf, etc., etc. with no friends to play. Then, boom, back to me but with the same small amount of opponents. AND, at times I may have played only two opponents and my screen goes black and doesn’t come back. It makes me want to scream!!!
Nothing classic about it

I re-downloaded this classic game I played a decade ago to find that the user interface has evolved so far beyond human comprehension that I deleted it within minutes and had nothing but profanities to say about it. It’s purely for children with access to parents credit cards or AI who can interpret what each button or swipe does without any hints. Each press of a button lands you on an advertisement or a game you didn’t start, didn’t want to open, and don’t want to see on your list of games. This app was once simple and fun and now it’s complicated, clunky, and ugly. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone anymore. It’s crazy how, over time, most things improve and adapt. Mobile apps like words with friends have led the industry into a toilet, clogged it, and now we all have to deal with poop water everywhere just to play scrabble which has existed for like a century.
A game to make your friends hate you

Too many pop ups; many you are forced to click on. Not the Words With Friends from a few years back. Too annoying, not fun. Plenty of other games like Wordle that are not annoying.
Drains iPhone battery

Recently, this app has been draining my phone battery. Battery shows 100%, after about five minutes of play, battery goes down to 70-75%. I noticed many more ads on the app even though I paid for no ads. Greed may ruin this app. If the battery drain continues, I will delete the app.
Black screen

Every time I play someone and go to next game, my screen goes black and I hear the music from the ads.then I have to back out of the whole game to start over. WHY

I love playing Words with friends. I even tolerate the ads. I just don’t appreciate being held hostage by Toon blast. Once that pops up in my screen 9/10 times, I have to restart my phone just to get it off.
