I used to play all day, now I can’t play at all—the app opens and when you try to open a game it shuts down—just since the latest “upgrade”. It’s unusable.

When creating a game with a random user, the algorithm should allow only ACTIVE users to come up, not those who you have to nudge or remind to play because they haven’t played in a while. It shouldn’t be put onto the users to reach out to those who haven’t been on. Secondly, a resignation should count as a resignation, NOT as a loss if we are going for accurate stats. I’ve resigned from quite a few games due to inactivity on a random opponents end.... and therein lies the inaccuracy. Third, please give an option to turn OFF the animations for prizes/items won so we can choose whether or not we want to sit through the showering of them without having to wait for the continue button to pop up. Having paid for the app, I did so because I wanted a more efficient, clutter-free gaming experience... these pop-ups are JUST AS BAD as ads. Put an option in settings to “KISS:” Keep It Simple, Silly.... Great game, love challenging my friends as well as strangers!

The ads come in. The games lock up. I’ve lost my games and all I’ve been playing with for years. Why did you have yeti “enhance” to that degree?

I do not appreciate that you cannot report abuse because it keeps saying the reported abuser box is blank when it is not. Therefore you can’t submit it. How lame!

Now it is just frustrating. I didn’t mind a couple of ads, but now it takes forever just to load the game, then I get offers of rewards & challenges that interfere in the game and sometimes just turn into a black screen . Then I have to exit and reload the game. I just want to play WWF with my friends but i’m ready to quit unless they fix it. Even if I paid for no ads, it would still be showing me challenges and rewards and stuff that doesn’t apply to wwf game. And - stop using words that have no definition!

Used to be such a fun game to play a few minutes a day with family and friends. Now is just a hype for more and more “achievements” and buy-in for more “levels”, which all seems to be rigged to never win or achieve anything. Too many flaws in the program. Sad.

Everyone seems to agree that this updated version is terrible. Wha aren’t the powers that be listen? I just want to play a simple game without all the pop ups. Let’s see if anyone listens.

I paid for this several years ago. One of my biggest gripes is when playing against the game, it plays “valid words with friends word” which is basically a made up word. It’s pretty sad that you have to program your own program too cheat. BTW, Thanks for letting us know about the data breach you had. My credit monitoring notified me.

Lost games!??

All of a sudden I have lost games and I’ve gone in my friends section to add them back and some it will allow and some it gives me an “oops something went wrong “ nonsense . What happened and how do I get it back?!?
