Word Fit puzzle is a new generation of crossword puzzle game (sometimes known as Criss-Cross). There are no boring clues, only words to choose, spaces to fill, and plenty of quick thinking competition to battle! Who’s the competition? Only the global community of hotshot gamers on Apple’s “Game Center” and I do mean global! Work Fit Puzzle can be played in 24 different languages, which is part of the reason there’s such a buzz about this game. The other reason?... It’s an absolute blast to play!

Open app for instant gameplay.
Easily navigate options to customize your experience.
Press or swipe across a row or column of boxes on the crossword grid to highlight.
Drag and drop your word from the highlighted choices across the top.
Place more letters (time penalty) for easier word selection.
Or choose to validate a placement (time penalty) to confirm your idea
Check your score on the Game Center.

Hey, maybe you’re not ready to be a global sensation or a star in the World Cup of Word Fit Puzzle, no problem. Choose one of the easier levels (0: easiest ... 9: hardest). Take as much time as you want having fun and sharpening your skills and comparing your skills to others at your level. When you’re ready to explode onto the big stage, just pick your level and take no prisoners!

----- CONFIGURE YOUR GAMEPLAY! -----

1. ** Difficulty Level **
Pick from 0 (easy) to 9 (very hard). Each difficulty level maintains the high scores (measured by fastest time to complete the game). The game displays the best 20 scores for each difficulty level.
2. ** Grid size **
Specify number of columns and rows (from 3 to 20).
3. ** Screen layout **
Choose how much screen space for the grid and how much for the word list, using our unique movable split bar.
4. ** Minimum & Maximum word length **
This helps avoid searching for many small words (a common problem in word apps). Also useful for specifying really difficult games (e.g. set both minimum and maximum word length to three).
5. ** Starting letters **
The game can start with up to 4 letters already placed in the grid, in order to help you get started.
6. ** Language **
Choose the language of the word list, from a large range of downloadable dictionaries. 24 languages are currently available.
7. ** Orientation **
Can be played in portrait or landscape mode. Just rotate your device and the display adjusts automatically.

Compare your high scores with others around the world by using Apple’s “Game Center”.
View the definition of the word from an online source (e.g. Wiktionary), optimized for viewing on a small screen.
When you play with a word list in a foreign language, the word definition will (where possible) be in your own language. This is great for language learning!
Game contains achievements integrated into Apple’s “Game Center”.
