Hi Devs, I have a SS of my game and I spelled Venus and it wouldn’t accept it. Why is that? I play this game everyday and sometimes my spousal unit can’t help joining in. TIA!
Correct 5 and 6 letter words for “sssaam” don’t work. Suggestions? VERY frustrating!
I play this all the time, have been for years, and I like that you can tap on a word at the end of a round to see what that word means. The one thing addition I wish it had is using the word in a sentence for added context. If it had that I’d rate it five stars for sure.
Stop using middle eastern Islamic words in your game. Last word I could get turned out to be Islamic: Houris Here’s the definition. Houris: women who will accompany faithful Muslim believers in paradise. The men of that culture treat their women without respect. Women in their culture are lowly, they are property. What does an Islamic man have to do to earn his Houris in their Paradise? They kill infidel. Why are muslim words in this game?
I have had this game for quite some time. I have been trying other word games, I have been coming back to this one.
I really like this game, but many of the words are so obscure, a PHD in wordology might be needed. Also, some words that you know are real words, don’t compute with this game.
And I can only play while in the App Store. Looks like they are trying to force you to buy a game bundle in order to continue playing Whirly Word -great disappointment after years of play
I just realize that I’ve been playing this game for several years, through several generations of iPhones, set the least I could do would be to give them a review. The spinning wheel format isn’t an obvious choice for scrambling letters but it works well two stimulate your brain into identifying patterns. I appreciate it’s having a dictionary to identify unfamiliar words when the puzzle is solved.
