The main features of “Weather Now” are the “home screen” and the forecast page with a unique way of scaling the charts. On the “home screen”, you can get information on the selected location such as local time and current weather with detailed weather conditions, and, of course, an incredibly beautiful three-dimensional image of the globe with realistic-looking atmosphere, the sun and the stars. You can manually turn it, increase and decrease its size, run the slow spinning animation or stop it. Installed in a cradle or dock station, the application can run as a screensaver, attracting your friends and fellows.
The weather forecast is provided by CustomWeather, Inc, an American weather provider of global weather information for over 11 years. CustomWeather is a leader in technology and meteorological innovation, providing local weather information to companies and application developers around the world.
The current weather data is gathered from thousands of professionally installed and maintained weather stations installed mostly at airports. WeatherNow only shows current weather from stations that have reported local weather conditions within the past hour. Current weather data is refreshed every 30 minutes; that is twice as frequent as most other weather providers can offer. Unique 48-hour forecasts from over 80,000 locations around the world provide a level of coverage and detail that simply cannot be found elsewhere.
Current weather information includes: description, air temperature, wind direction and force, humidity, dew point, pressure, visibility, as well as comfort index with reference to current weather conditions.
Detailed weather forecast information includes: description, day and night air temperature, wind direction and force, humidity, UV index, probability of precipitation, and comfort index with reference to current weather conditions.

Purchasing the Premium upgrades your experience and gives you access to more features for $3.99 a 3 months, $5.99 a 6 months or $9.99 a year through an auto-renewing subscription. The Premium Subscription unlocks temperature on the icon, weather notifications and reports, weather maps layers, extended city list, extended weather widget, ads free version and premium support.
Subscriptions will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will not be able to cancel a subscription during the active period. You can manage your subscriptions in the Account Settings after purchase.

Had High hopes that this might provide good data and might replace the Storm app now that it has been killed by the weather station. Found the temp and other data does not update well, temp dropped 10 degrees but the app stated it is still the temp it was 3 hours earlier. There is no radar information all, on my iPhone X the app states if I don’t have webGL radar may fail; what is this, the app states it is for iPhone and iPad. It didn’t say anything on my iPad just a radar screen that shows no information. Much of the information is presented as graphic maps and doesn’t provide any numerical data except your selected city which, as stated earlier, is not up to date. Does provide forecast data but I can’t say anything regarding its accuracy based on it ‘live’ data experience I have seen.

Got a bunch of adds. Radar not good. Paid for 1 yr subscription and did not improve anything. Don’t waist your money. Got took on this one. Beware.

I was able to know when the weather would be bad in my neighbor, approximately what the temperature would be, approximately when it would get worse. I left work early and I was able to go to the store get some food, all before it got worse. It better that the others that I have tried. Try it you’ll like it.
App Not Ready Yet.

I am sorry but I cannot give more than two stars to an app that didn’t answer questions as to why I could not register two places that I needed to get weather results. Both places are on many of my other weather apps. I wrote them several times to do nothing but go in circles and finally gave up. If I can get the two major locations into my favorites, I’ll consider updating.

Needs an update to take advantage of the full screen. Also, there are multiple instances of this app on the App Store. I paid the $12.49 for the Pro Upgrade. How do I know if I purchased the right one, and what’s the difference between them? Fix this and I’ll give the two additional stars. So far so good with weather forecasts and performance.
