Love the app, but crashing after iOS10

IMHO this is the best navigation app out there. However, since I've updated my 6 plus to iOS 10, it crashes immediately after opening, every time. I will move this to 5 stars when fixed.

I love this app it's reliable, dependable, have more than one direction and alerts you with detours!!! The best app. Thank you Waze!!!
Unstable in iOS 10

I drive 4 hours per day, and I didn't realize how dependent I'd become on Waze until updating to iOS 10. The app crashes repeatedly. It became dangerous for me to attempt to restart the app while driving so I had to use Google maps. Tragedy! I've reinstalled the app, restored my phone, all to no avail. Help!!
Ads on GPS screen?

Terrible idea, unsafe. Ads cover the screen and they do not disappear until you touch the phone which is an illegal move. I don't understand how this very same app does request permission for passenger's usage only when it detects motion. Awful this app should be penalized.
