Awesome App! Just Some Ideas For Improvments

Malina I.

Vsco is an amazing app for taking and editing pictures. But I have a few suggestions to improve it. I think you should be able to make pre-designed set of changes for a photo so that when you take a photo, you can have a customized set of presets. Like you can choose a filter, and set the exposure, highlights and things like that. Then you can title them and whenever you take a photo you can just click the set and it will automatically place all those changes onto that picture. I also think you should be able to unlock more filters because there is more locked filters for Vsco X than there are unblocked, which I think is unfair for people who don’t have the money to pay for the upgrade. But overall the app is awesome and here is a little self promo before I go. ADD ME ON VSCO @malinascirizarry. Love the app! 5 stars. Consider suggestions please. ??

Amazing photography app but...

They’re doing perfect right now, it’s like a less social, more creative instagram, the presets are amazing and really help give an extra touch to my pictures. The community is full of amazing creators and lacks all the clutter you’ll find on Instagram, it’s really focused on creating and exhibiting your work as well as discovering other creators. Recently I noticed a slight problem, my photos don’t upload in original quality, this is a huge problem if I crop any of the pictures I’ve taken with my phone. It’d at least be nice if they would upload at the same quality when uploading something with less pixels

Borders are inconsistent

GO TO FOR ANYTHING.

Check this out...I've been using VSCO for about 2/3 years. I'm giving them a 5 star rating. Let me tell you why.. I started photography in high school always loved the cinematic look or punchy colors faded contrast etc etc when I heard about VSCO I was so curious so I downloaded and attempted to use it. No doubt it was the most easiest and most versatile photo editing app I've ever used. Matter of fact I even edited my DSLR shots with VSCO and still do today. I love everything about VSCO. From the presets to the functionality and the ease to use everything within this app that's so unlimited. Guarantee that you'll agree with me if you try this app and use it to its fullest. Thanks to the VSCO team for keeping this app going and making it better for everyone to create. ?

@Management y’all have to change this feature

soduffs

The new feature where ALL OF YOUR EDITS are LOST IN SPACE if you hold down to view the original for too long HAS to change. There’s not even a place to retrieve the edits. I just wasted 20 minutes working on a photo.

? how I can downgrade?

Pedro Harry Font

hard to use, terribad UI, drain battery (camera always on), there's a lack of free edit preset, the social part of the app is useless you can't even unfollow VSCO, every up date gets worse and worse adding things or either people don't use or don't want, also NEVER listen to feedback, I don't know what you guys are thinking, there must be a way to downgrade the app, right? can you tell me how?

PLEASE ADD AN UNDO BUTTON

Xxlivelaughlove735xX

I love VSCO but you guys really have to make an undo button. Gotta say that it is prettyy embarrassing when you’re stalking someone and accidentally republish their image from months ago. Then not only do they know that you were stalking them but all of your followers know too. An undo button would have really come in handy. Please save my fellow VSCO users from suffering the same humiliation that I have suffered. Thanks have a lovely day??

Purchased presets not working

candlelight38

Gee, the filters are cool but you know what isn’t? Paying for presets and finding out afterwards that they are no longer accessible when you switch phones...I’ve tried to access my purchased presets on a separate android and iPhone using the same VSCO account. Customer support told me the presets should work on different phones as long as I’m using the same account, but the only place I still see my purchased presets is on the original phone I used to buy them. Customer support was great at getting back to me although the issue is not resolved. I kept getting the same response to click the “restore presets” button on both the store and settings pages. I did that many times before and after contacting customer support and never did get my presets back. Grrrr. I’m so annoyed I stopped using the app altogether. It’s too much of a headache and waste of money.

I didnt ask to renew membership

They just charged me $20.00 when I am not even a user for this app. I want to unsubscribe from this app. Please give me back the money.

Ultimate mobile editing app.

A_Jackk

This has been my central photo editing application for quite some time now. I use this over computer applications such as Lightroom because it performs all the basic functions that Lightroom does, but from my phone. The interface is easy to understand the it even lets you post-process RAW photos which is a big plus because I only shoot in RAW. Definitely would recommend this to anyone who wants to take their photos to the next level.
