Great App, Needs a small fix

I’ve been using this app for years. It’s my go to for editing and uploading pictures/publishing small journals. However, lately I’ve been having an issue with uploading journals. Once I hit the publish button, the journal doesn’t fully upload. It’s a gray cover with no title even when I refresh. If i try to upload again, I meet the same result. It’s annoying and frustrating. Please fix this so I can continue to enjoy this wonderful app. <3

I love VSCO and have been a member for a while. However, with some of the most recent updates, it will not longer recognize that i am member and pay for a premium membership. When i restore my purchase so it will recognize that I am a member, it’ll reset it only after a few minutes after restoring it. It won’t consistently remember that i pay for the membership. Please fix this glitch!!!

VSCO is my go-to for chill photo sharing and editing. Super simple and elegant. Just a couple things to fix: - On iPad, the feed always glitches and is a nightmare to use. The photos on my timeline will be super blown up, rotation to portrait/landscape mode always confuses the app, and it takes several attempts at quitting the app and refreshing the feed to be able to see the entire photo. I usually end up just going on my phone to enjoy my friend’s photos. - Discovering and searching for friends could be better. I often find my friends have an account, which is exciting but also disappointing because I wanted to find them sooner! Possibly integration with other social media channels or better account discovery would be nice. I would also love to discover more creators and amazing photographers outside of what VSCO reposts! - I also want the ability to search in my followers/ing list- I get it’s not supposed to be like a hyper-social app but it would be nice to quickly search for my friend and see their latest photography. - The recipes feature is really confusing- every once in a while I’ll try to figure out how to set it and change it and such but I usually end up manually editing the photo.

App now completely useless. Can no longer save images at full resolution. After saving... all photos look pixelated. App support is totally nonexistent. Super disappointed. Ready to cancel my subscription.

Image Quality

I’ve been using VSCO for years and never used to see an issue with image quality. It’s absolutely been my go-to editing app after Lightroom. However the last batch of photos I edited with VSCO all have absolutely horrendous image quality to them. I’ve tried again and again to fix this but can’t seem to resolve the issue. Not sure what’s going on but I hope this gets solved soon. That’s a big bummer.

Why is my disco not working ?

I love this app and really found it a place I can express myself and feel more creative because of the app not having likes and comments as Instagram does . However since the update I cannot use Disco . It only shows half the screen when I know my camera on my phone is perfectly fine . It just doesn’t come out correctly anymore and it’s truly frustrating. Please fix it .

Great app but current bug

currently, when I add an image to my journal, it only uploads in a square crop. I have tried deleting the image and uploading it again, updating the app, refreshing the app, signing in and out of the app, nothing has worked. I assume it’s just a bug but please fix it soon!

Despite the updates to apparently fix the app from crashing, it isn’t working. My app still doesn’t even open, takes forever to load and then before even loading it crashes. Totally annoying and sad cuz I love this app
