I had been using VSCO for years and had always used the premium feature because I always use it for editing my photos. Lately I’ve been trying to upgrade my account to premium and the app charges me but does not unlock the content. I’m confused as I used to use the app easily but lately I cannot use it at all /:

No privacy option, shows images/profile on Google, to the public, and harassers/stalkers. CEO Joel Flory and VSCO don’t care, despite repeated direct email feedback—simply told paying users to change username (doesnt solve anything) rather than implementing bare minimum standard found on every other app per GDPR Law. Will be reporting to authorities for breach of GDPR law privacy violation

I have been a long time user of vsco, and I really do love it but admittedly it’s not reliable. I use vsco more as photo storage and organization rather than a social media which is exactly what I love about it. But, I have been disappointed lately. It seems there are lots of bugs that take a long time to get resolved. For about a month now I cannot view, edit, or publish any journals. I have restarted my phone, updated the app, deleted and redownloaded the app. When nothing worked, I contacted support. I waited for app updates and over a month has passed and I still have the issue with my journals. It is a bummer because I love and rely on this app to keep my memories safe and organized and I fear I won’t be able to use it anymore.

My app will not film dsco videos correctly and my app crashes a lot. Update the app every time there is an update.

I would give it 5/5 stars but I’m upset because there’s not features that I wish there was. 1. There is the favorite feature but I wish that there was also a heart so you could also like the photos 2. I wish you could see who follows you or see who other people follow 3. I wish you could comment on people’s posts Anyways, I really love how people you don’t follow can’t message you that’s a great idea. Thanks for taking time to read this ?✌?
Amazing!! But keeps crashing

I absolutely adore this app and out of all social media apps this is definitely my go-to and a place where I spend most of my screen time! Unfortunately there are so many glitches lately and I know I have the most up to date version. I have reached out to the VSCO support team but haven’t been able to receive a direct response to fix my issue. Whenever I seem to try and open the app, it stays on the opening screen for about 30 seconds and completely crashes and doesn’t end up opening. This has been going on for a few weeks now, and some days it works and some days it doesn’t. It has been a recent problem so I’m not sure if its because of the update, but I would love to learn how to proceed so that I can use the app smoothly. Wonder if anyone else goes through the same situation? Other than VSCO repeatedly crashing, I HIGHLY recommend this app if you’re a photographer or artist and constantly in need of different effects or filters. Even if you just enjoy messing around with your pics, this is definitely the app for you!
Journal Function Not Working Properly

I love the journal function on the app, but recently when I select pictures to add to the journal it automatically crops them into a square. I can press on the image and it will show the full sized picture, but in the actual journal it changes into a square image.

Is anyone else’s VSCO app not allowing you to save photos to your camera roll? I have used this app almost daily for the past few years and within the last couple months it’s been in some kind of glitch where I can’t import or export photos. I keep updating it in hopes it will fix itself, but so far nothings worked. I’ve been so desperate that I’ve found some loopholes but it requires way too much time and effort that it’s not even worth it. I would just delete the app and redownload it, but then all my photos will be deleted that I keep in my app ? VSCO please help! I’m really really sad about this!!!!
