Doesn’t download on my iPad

I loved this app, but suddenly it won’t work. Tried to delete and reinstall, but it won’t let me. Thought maybe I needed to renew, so bought a week and it still won’t let me reinstall. Then tried to use it on my iPhone 7 and get a Mesa that it’s not compatible with iOS 11. Come on developers, this is a brilliant app. Fix these problems and you’d easily get 5 stars from me.

When it works, it's great. However, that has become rare.
Untaken nickname?
There is NO Customer service. There is No service in China, now including Hong Kong (which used to work fine). Sending a note yields a form letter reply with no follow up and no solution.

Unfortunately I had to reinstall the app on a different phone, while doing so I am not able to log in and see my server under my account no matter how I try to access it. Thus I'm unable to set up the profile. The website itself does not work, even tried emailing them and till this day no response... I've paid for my service, and now I can no longer use it. Extremely frustrated!
