Updated Terms Issues

My game resets to level I and all my credits disappear every time I get the ‘agree to updated terms’ message. This has happened 5-6 times since I started playing. At first customer support was great in resolving the issue but lately I have had to send repeated messages and hear nothing for days...last time it took a week before it was fixed. It happened again tonight. If this doesn’t get resolved soon Iam done with this app.
Lots of bugs in this app

I have been a long time player and continue to have issues with the game loading . When there is an update it usually takes weeks to clean up all the bugs When I contact customer service you never know when and if you will get a Reply The recent update deleted all my stats and I have yet to have them reinstated I am done with this and will look elsewhere for my games

Prizes for spinning on the challenges could be better. You have to win $150,000 on your own in order to get a prize of $3,000. You lose WAY more than that before you even get the little prize. But it is a fun app to play. I have 3 different casino apps and I play this one the most.
