Why do have to pay to read local news we live in a small town now LA. Ridiculous

Only option in Exeter

Since it's not sold in machines or stores anymore

Too little local news
Kauai family

Neither the web version nor the print version makes for worthwhile reading. A slick web site cannot make up for the lack of local reporting. Not much attention paid to either Visalia or Tulare. No measurable reporting on City government, county government or school districts. No measurable effort to report on crime. Certainly no real reporting on community activities. TD now only a one page wrapper for AP stories and a digest of USA Today stories. We stopped the paper for awhile and then gave it another try. We are stopping again and will not try another time. Too bad - once was a first rate local paper.

Enjoy!

I love having the local news in the palm of my hand. I wish there were a bit more news on the smaller surrounding towns of Visalia but, enjoy it overall.

FIX !!!
Ryan Willcutt

Crashes on my iPhone 6 with the new update. Won't even open. Waste of money until it is fixed.

I honestly think it is ridiculous you have to subscribe to read the news. The Fresno Bee doesn't make consumers pay.

To Much Old Repeated News
Mr. Peace Out

I'd like to something positive but its hard. I had not been a subscriber to Times Delta for a number of yrs. so I decided to sign up for the digital online version at a discounted 1 yr. subscription. Unfortunately its the same disapointment as before, to much old news & repeated news.

Can't cancel subscription! Customer service at Times Delta said I had to contact ITunes. Old news stays on the feed forever.
