How do I contact the owners, just started the Caribbean 600, game locked up constantly which left me on the rocks and having to reboot every time I wanted to make a course change. I know longer want to be apart of this game and feel it’s your poor software that is to blame. I would like a cash refund not tokens. Please respond.
Scoring is absurdly inconsistent

Scoring is impossible, at any given moment you’re +200 or - 200 boats, it’s frustrating and makes tactical decisions next to impossible... please address this. The Caribbean 600 was a nightmare, the lag was measured in minutes, making a course change well away from land only to come back and have your course change not registered and you’re on the rocks 20 min later is ridiculous- I was notified on screen that I’d finished, then 10 min later and 150 places I get notification I’m aground... then I get notification I’d finished again only this time I’d lost 150+ boats. To spend the cash on sails/cards etc and be up front only to have software glitches and terrible lag ruin a good effort is frustrating at best. I will be deleting the app. I race for a living, this is what I do in reality. If I performed as poorly as this app, I’d be unemployed. Get your act together!
Fun and Frustrating similar to real racing.

This is a fun game but tough when you are sleeping and a race starts. But that is offshore. My one gripe was my Hull was outside a pack of boats passing a point. All the boats made it by but I went aground. I was the furthest from danger. It does warn you to give wide berths. Very entertaining and keeps you feeling some sailing hike winter blows by.

1st, it’s a greedy company. 2nd, path finder doesnt actually correlate to real time ocean currents. dont be fooled into paying for a monthly subscription for it. 3rd, company makes changes without advance notice and will not refund your money if they take something away from the UI that was significant, that you enjoyed and PAID for. For example, “stealth mode” which prevented follow the monkey. 4th, a current race for example cost $23 to have a boat with full features. 5th, customer service is horrible. and wont provide any refunds for their mishaps, or for example #3 from above. this should be an issue that is legally addressed to protect customers from avarice tech marketers. 6th, I highly suggest not supporting this company. It’s a pathetic game of follow the monkey where there is always the same key skippers who are using “outside of game” route planners to pre-route your strategy in advance, (aka cheating). Such a cheat planner can even be found online and it will draw out the best route coordinates in advance. 7th, the UI changes are a novice design. it takes more finger maneuvers to do what could be done prior, quicker and more efficient. The boat graphic looks worse than ever, the new sail addition looks like a pathetic large banana hanging on it. Finally, the 3D feature have become worse. terrible graphic stability. earlier version was better and simpler. it now looks like a cardboard cut out boat pasted on something like moving water. you also never see land, and fake stars in the sky are always the same without relation to constellations. novice. thus, it has no relationship to real landscapes. ps. Developer is trying hard to cash in and acquire advertising. Adverts occasionally pop up in the game. Yes, the game had potential. Obviously I don’t like its design, ethics and well... chasing along a novice graphic, with follow the monkey players, chasing the same skippers who use a pre-charting coordinate cheat tool - is boring.

You are going to love this game. No, really. It is fun, the graphics are nice and tweaking your course for optimal speed is great. Then the bugs hit. 6 hours into a race, you may glitch hours back on the course, in the middle of a landmass. You may lose all of your carefully placed plot markers. All of your cards (extra actions) as well. Until these are stabilized, I really would not recommend this app to anyone.

Guaranteed to crash within minutes of opening the app, usually during zooming, or attempting to adjust programmation. An aggravating experience, especially at crucial moments of play.

I’m to poor to pay attention every minute of a leg and keep getting headed but shifty winds near landfall should be expected. I’ve only been playing for about two hours now but it’s fairly simple to use and it’s fun. I stole the wind from my nearest competitor and expect to finish in the top 10,000. If you know how to sail this is a game for you, and if you don’t know how you’ll gain a bit of the sailing experience. It’s been said sailing is ninety-nine percent boredom followed by one percent of shear and utter panic. This app keeps you safe and dry, with racing others adding more excitement. It’s been a about a week now and I can honestly say that in my opinion this is the best game for your phone pad or tablet. I started off a little shaky being to hard on the tiller but I have improved somewhat and now the only complaint I have would be is with the sail configuration. When on a port tack whether beating reaching or running the headsails remain fixed on starboard, this is purely aesthetic and doesn’t make a hill of beans difference in playability, it just looks weird.

I’m a novice sailor but understand the points of sail and the need to chart an effective course. I went from 10,000th to place up to 3000th and then back to 10,000th, all while correcting my bearing in sales, if needed, throughout the day. Either I’m doing something really wrong or this app is, in fact, a terrible game.
