Lost my phone was told to download this app and when I did it asked me to put a phone number in and I used my area code and my phone that was lost and it didn't authorize said retry so I used my dad's number and it did the same thing and STILL didn't work
All of the customer service reps have been nice but the VZW Wi-Fi stinks at my house . Verizon has been putting all of their signal strength toward the highways and forgetting residential areas . This has been happening for many years . I first got a cell phone in 1992 . Every few years AT&T said they were changing systems and they got worse . It was actually redesigned to handle more people. The system was not better but bigger . After 16 years I switched to VerIzon . It was better . After 8-10 years Verizon is fading . When it is strong it is good but when it is week it is "Horrid. " This new VZM-Wi-Fi is horrible on the weekends and at night . It is like radio signals in the 60's When they turn the power up or redirect their signal it helps . If you are in a weak zone or a skip is is not so good . Buyer beware ! Bill in Birmingham .
Verizon customer service is excellent also all services and wifi no problems no complains I this is why Verizon deserves 5 star
