Venmo works when it feels like it!! This is not a great app! I’d recommend cash app over this one! Just saying!

I would have given zero stars but it’s not an option. Everytime I try to do an instant transfer it declines and only allows a standard transfer which takes 1-3 business. I also know that this is not an isolated issue because I have had multiple people tell me they’re having the same issue with transfers. I contacted customer service and they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue and said they didn’t even know what the error was. What is the point of having customer service if they don’t know anything??? 0/5 would not recommend

Convenient aspect is great but could improve on making it more of a smooth app experience. Going between pages sometimes is buggy and user flow is sometimes confusing

Venmo is awesome. Venmo is the new way to sell. They have lower fees, better customer service, and make your money available much faster than any other platform. Their two sided purchase protection makes a Venmo a safe haven for buyers and sellers alike. Their app is super easy and simple to navigate but is not in anyway lacking at all. Venmo in my opinion is the only way to buy and sell. What out PayPal, Venmo is better.
