Horrible policies and customer service- be very certain to where you send a payment because they don’t allow cancellations or refunds without jumping through hoops.

Zelle is free. Why bother with this junk

First alert is better!

Zelle is free and is used by most banks. Venmo, charges a fee, and although I’ve withdrawn from several times it is now telling me I have to wait 1–3 days for a standard transfer. EXPENSIVE JUNK PROGRAM

No customer protection

Someone stole money from my account and Venmo won’t do anything about it, and now I owe Venmo for it. Scam.

I was never able to use Venmo. My payments were always denied on the Venmo side but they couldn’t tell me why. Cancelling my account immediately.

The app is horrific. Can’t delete account unless you log in from a desktop computer (BS!), and keep getting error codes. So much easier to send $ through PayPal or FB messenger.
