Who remembers the old star wars and the walking dead topps games? They were so good now its just got so greedy... the only semi decent games by topps now are huddle and skate.

UPDATE: since they started the new DIAMOND ? thing TOPPS has became even more money hungry and there is literally no limits to their greed! They state erroneous pack odds like 1:4 for diamonds at 50 ? a pack while coin pulls are still 1:30 a pack but in truth the odds are no where close. Yesterday I spent 700 diamonds and 100,000 coins and never was able to pull the card I was trying for at those supposed odds.Today I stupidly spent the rest of my diamonds 750 more on the deluxe pack trying to pull the blue card of the set I'm chasing only to find out afterwards that TOPPS hadn't even put the blue cards in the packs yet. When I complained to customer service their response to me was: Well they are pulling at the right odds now. Everyone has bad luck sometimes... Uhh ok sure but how about when I was blowing through 750 diamonds? So they want me to chalk their screw up to just a bad luck day for me I guess instead of trying to make it right? I'M DONE!!!! Don't waste your money on this app because it's run by thieves. They sell you cards that you won't even receive through their "coin store" and their packs at 5,000 coins 1:35 odds are no better try more like 1:75 to 1:100 or even worse odds. It's a total rip off scam. I recently bought a pack from their "coin store" with a promised diecut Beth Greene award on day 7. Well guess what only half the people received the award that purchased the package and the rest I guess are SOL because although we have contacted customer support for help they are too busy scamming people out of more money to address our issues. So like every other time we will get the standard email reply after 4 or 5 days saying they are looking into it further and then 3 or 4 days later another saying our ticket is being closed because it's been resolved. Although nothing will have been resolved and no card or refund will have been given because they think by that time you will have just given up and moved on to the next card set and be ready to shell out more $$$$. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

I just corrected my 5* review I gave this app less than 1 year ago... Topps has really dropped the ball, and made this a horrible product.

All Topps apps have now become not fun. Star Wars was great at first. It was relatively easy to get inserts. This app started about the same way. Topps no longer puts card numbers for the packs in the store. All you see are prices and those are now mainly diamonds. Finally released series 2 for FTWD (in the 3rd season) and you could only get them in a 75,000 credit pack of 12 cards. REALLY Topps? The limited inserts sold out so you only got an insert with no limit and 11 base cards. The Open Edition cards were good for the new fans that couldn't get the earlier sets, but they shouldn't be on the new sets. You can also get banned for "suspicious trading" when people openly sell these virtual cards on eBay. This is why this app is losing users. You can also tell Topps doesn't care by all of the canned replies in all of the reviews for all of their apps. Topps, the Hasbro of the trading card industry.

This used to be an awesome game but they recently introduced a new currency in the form of Diamonds which makes the game MUCH more expensive to play. I used to dump a lot of money into this game but now I can't afford to. You have to buy Diamonds with real money in order to have first access to packs and that still only gives you a "chance" at getting the card you want. They post it at reduced odds of pulling the card if you use Diamonds but that's for nearly all sets now. Also, if you want to use the regular currency (coins) now you have to wait any where from one to five hours to get access to the pack while the Diamond packs are given sole priority until then. They also took away the option of buying cards or boxes simply with money. If I had known the game was going to go this way I never would've downloaded it. Also- don't let Topps fool you into thinking they care. The mistakes they make on a weekly basis (forgetting to give awards, etc), proves they're either incompetent or they don't care.......or both.

Topps just ruined a ok app this is just a money grab if I wanted to buy cards I will just go to the store and buy real cards that might actually be worth something someday . I just saw diamonds on baseball I hope you aren't going to ruin starwars also. Topps don't give me your thanks for feedback reply just stuff it and your welcome

This app is so much fun, especially if you know The Walking Dead's characters. There is a great community of fans to talk and trade with. It seems like everybody from Rick and Daryl to the most obscure characters are featured on cards. There is a ton of free content, and even more for people that want to spend a few dollars to support the hobby. Cool app and very different!

Just changed my rating from 5 star to 1 star. Lots of pack errors and unless you part with serious cash for imaginary cards you can't collect most sets or some variations. What use to be a fun game has became a frustrating cash grab. MCANNON
