Timer is always messing up and you ‘lose’ or you just get booted out for communication errors
Too many pop-ups even with paid

I switched to the paid version in hopes of being able to just play the game, but I’m still bombarded with a million annoying pop-ups trying to get me to spend more money or sit through an ad for some kind of perk. Epic fail, Trivia Crack. You have pushed me away forever.

Do they really think to play this game an unlimited time that is worth 99.99? That’s absolutely ridiculous. They want you to pay a ridiculous amount of money just to have coins. Anyways it’s a fun game and I’ll just continue to play it without ads, that’s it.
New look
This is soooo goooood
I don’t like the new look. It’s harder to see the games sitting on the bottom. I liked them listed. Please go back. This is awful. Before that loved the game.
Trivia Crack Team Should Be Embarrassed!

Technically and graphically, Trivia Crack is great. However, questions are user submitted and the majority are riddled with grammar, spelling, or punctuation errors, making some indecipherable. I’ve also found and reported numerous incorrect questions. At least 30-40% are repeats - dozens ask about the Mona Lisa, for example - all are worded slightly differently and have popped up in almost every game I’ve played. Folks: Trivia is limitless! It seems extremely lazy on the part of developers to publish so many repeats and to not screen these questions before publishing. They desperately need someone on staff to clean things up. It affects the credibility of the game and takes away from the fun. Also, some questions are so basic a 3-year old could answer. (Ex: A picture of a cat with the question “What is this?” Please!!!) Others are ridiculously specific (“When did WWII end?” and there will be four consecutive dates in the same year). In some cases, inane responses like “ur mom” or “an old gram pa” (<spelled this way) are included among the possible answer choices. Again, Etermax needs to designate someone to verify, screen, proof, and edit all questions before they are published. Right now, they rely on users to submit and rate/approve questions...and it shows. A lazy and irresponsible approach! Finally, there are almost zero instructions for using rewards. The game itself is straightforward but it is completely unclear what gems are for, what cards mean/how to use them, how to use coins (vs real money) to buy things (tickets, for example), etc. No answers on the Etermax site or on the internet. With better instructions and better-screened questions, this could be a 5. As things stand, the team behind this game should be embarrassed.

All your new updates are nice, but make sure they work. When receiving your rewards from your characters don’t count down in the new location, I have to clear app and reopen again and again, since you moves it to the diamond section of the store section.
Disappointed in the company

I have been playing this game for nearly 3-4 yrs and love the game. The support however is very disappointing. The old communications with other players which have been deleted multiple times keep reappearing! A few weeks ago I purchased the Piggy Bank deal which includes 20000 coins and 20 lives however for some reason the credit wasn’t added to my account. I contacted support and after they asked me to provide proof of purchase which I did. However they only credited me the coins. I have now written them 3 times about the remaining credit of 20 lives I am owed and they don’t respond at all. Very disappointed.
