What happened?

I've used trello for years and I've used many apps but this was by far the best for the iPhone.... And then this update came out and my boards are out of sync, cards are missing, and cards are in different lanes. I thought maybe somebody on my board was moving things but after looking on the computer, everything was okay. Not sure what happened on this release but we need it fixed!

Love this app!

Trello is easy to use and innovative. It allows me to organize ideas and random pieces of information across devices and with other people.

I love this app and would have given it a 5 star rating if they would do something different with the date default. Right now in a card if I want to add a comment of a due date, it defaults to 30 days AGO so I have to scroll all the way up to a future date. Much more convenient would be to default to TODAY'S DATE so I could go forward from there. Who would use a DUE DATE for 30 days ago??? Weird.

From 5 Star to 1

Trello changed the way our agency worked between departments and offices, and used to work amazing. Now after the recent update it is cumbersome to use. Cards are outdated, missing or randomly duplicated, updates notifications on iPhone Coke 10-15 minutes before the app updates. What gives?

What the heck

Been using this for years and has been the fastest app and worked flawlessly. Now it's super slow and laggy. It is better to you the website on my phone!!

App is broken...

buckjay

Lists are jumbled, don't sync, and an all around mess. App has become unusable for me.

I use to love this app! It was great for my work and kept me connected. But since you had that update it has been crashing and won't let me comment anything! Like said before from 5 stars down to one . ?

Crashes

Obsidian85

The app crashes too often - especially when taping on any notification - and that is a pain when you heavy use the app's infrastructure.

Everyone I referred is asking the same thing...

NOTE: I will change my 1 star to a 3 star just for acknowledgment from Trello that someone actually reads their reviews. "Why is Trillo taking away the features I've been using and paying for and forcing us to upgrade (pay more each month) for features we don't need." I'm not going to re-hash the angst. I get that decisions have to made sometimes to grow a company. But our expectations have been very poorly managed by a company that did such a great job of building organic enthusiasm for their platform. Instead, I offer a solution. Trello's hook was to give us a month of free Gold for every person we referred who joined the service. Given that we created the foundation of their existing customer base, I recommend that Trello give every Gold user a free year of Biz class at the current Gold rate AND do away with (if it hasn't happened already), the free month for every referral at the Gold level... using this ploy at the Biz class level wouldn't be a half bad idea either. That gives us full access as a reward for our loyalty, a full year to get hooked on the value of Biz class features that we don't know we want yet, and plenty of time to prepare for the rate shift for the new level of service. Trello Gold goes away immediately without the need for some "in between" feature fix. Current Trello Gold users are rewarded for their loyalty intead of cursed with a lame duck version or cursing Trello for a convoluted fix. I further suggest that if my idea provides your solution (in whole or in part) that I be rewarded with free Biz class for life. And I will go back to recommending Trello enthusiastically to everyone I know AND go back to the 5-star rating I give to Trello with every recommendation I make.
