Whether you’re managing a team of freelancers, writing an epic screenplay, or just making a list of stuff, Trello makes sure you’re organized and on top of it all.
Like a whiteboard with super powers, Trello is simple to use and infinitely flexible. You’ll know exactly what needs to get done, who’s going to do it, and what’s coming up next. Plus, everything you do is synced and saved instantly to the cloud so that all your devices are always up to date.
With Trello, you can create boards to organize anything you’re working on. Use them solo — or invite colleagues, friends, and family to work together.
Write your ideas down on Trello cards and arrange them in lists on your boards. Adorn your cards with
• Checklists, to keep track of to-dos;
• Comments, to update your co-workers;
• Avatars, to see just who’s working on it currently; and
• Attachments of photos, videos, PDFs, and whatever else besides.
Well that’s all there is, so you better stop reading but wait there’s more. This app supports the Apple Watch, for getting things done on your wrist, in addition to a Today widget for creating cards from your notification center. The app also comes with full support for Apple Handoff, so you can go from creating a board on your phone, to adding cards to it on your tablet, to making checklists on your desktop – without breaking a sweat. One last thing: you can add cards and attach photos from any app that supports it, from the Share pane.
With the Trello app in your pocket, you can make to-do lists while waiting in line at the grocery store, assign tasks to your co-worker while you’re on the train home, or upload a photo of that paisley couch from the store — it would look lovely in the living room, wouldn’t it?
This app started as a personal tool for me. Now it contains all my project tracking information. Your will thank yourself for doing this.
Some odd behaviors. Good to carry around with you. But some things you just can’t do here.
It’s improved visibility and workflow.. not just Kanban but many other uses as well.
I downloaded this because it was said to be a fantastic app cannot figure out how to add anything other than a list how do you add photos how do you add attachments how do you add to do lists it may all be in there somewhere but the developer certainly does not want to help you find it, deleting .
I love the app most for how flexible and easy to use it is. I love that I can include as little, or as much detail as I want. I can add a checklist within a checklist if I want. It allows for quick editing while on the go. It’s nice to be able to edit a checklist on my phone, have it synced online, and edit later on my computer. I like this better than iPhone’s native checklist app for it’s visual organization, and ease of use. Plus it works great collaboratively too.
We have tried a few different types and this one has by far been the most user friendly.
We had been using Redbooth, but a relative who works in a salon recommended Trello. She said they use it in the salon and she loves it. I discussed it with my fellow business owners and we decided to give it a try. Right away we knew we were going to love it. It’s much more intuitive to use than Redbooth. It’s clean, simple, and fun to use. I love shifting the cards to the different columns to let my team know my progress on different tasks. Thanks, relative, for telling us about Trello!
Implemented mid 2017 and the whole team is cranking now.
Ultra fast syncing. Discovered it a few days ago and now it’s my goto todo list.
What a fantastic app this is! I'm on the road a lot and Trello helps me stay organized.
