You choose your preferred Speed Input:
1 - Select the speed your treadmill is moving on the app and this is transmitted via bluetooth to your receiver.
2 - Attach the iPhone security to yourself and run. The iPhone's motion sensor will estimate your speed and transmit this to your bluetooth receiver.
****** iPhone 5S and above. *****
3 - Use your phone in combination with your Apple Watch. The Watch will send Speed, Cadence and Heart Rate via your phone and transmit these to your bluetooth receiver. (Watch workouts can be saved as part of your daily activity rings)
Notes:
• TSS Watch Module - requires an Apple Watch to calculate Heart Rate, Cadence and Speed data.
• TSS Watch Module integrates with the Health App on your iPhone to contribute to your Activity Rings. It will request permission to access the relevant data types associated with a workout.

I loaded the app on my iPhone 11 but it won’t enter the speed on Zwift. I was really looking forward to this as a solution but no matter what speed you set it to the reading on Zwift is 0.0. No real troubleshooting information either.
I am using a conventional treadmill and was searching for less expensive solution to track my run on Kinomap. Then I found this. This is a best affordable option. I suggest to make this app available in more countries including Japan.
I set a speed of 2 in the app but my avatar in game shows 1.5. I’ve tried switching between imperial and metric but even when app and game both are set to miles the speeds are way off.
Running this app on my phone, and the zwift on my macbook pro.. zwift will not recognize this. Says searching.
I love running on Zwift and it has made an incredible impact on my running, but I get so frustrated with the footpod, and even the new treadmill attachment. They dramatically understate or overstate my speed, and get further and further off as the run goes on. I was actually going to buy a new smart treadmill so that I could get consistent numbers when I found this. That has been so helpful and saved me a ton of money.
I just downloaded this app, but when I try to connect to Zwift, it can’t find my phone to connect. I am using a Windows Surface Pro 3 and an iPhone 6S, which were not identified as restricted devices. If I can get this to work, I am sure that my rating would increase.....
Would be nice if there were instructions somewhere for connecting this to an Apple TV. Without that it was a waste of money.
Ignore the bad reviews. This app works exactly like it’s supposed to. In spite of my glowing review here, I have no relationship with the developer. Since Zwift running is so underserved with decent hardware, I wish more people knew about this gem. For nearly everyone with an iPhone (and ideally, but not necessary) with an Apple Watch, this is all you need! Zwift’s (Milestone) foot pod is uselessly inaccurate for me and goes through 2032 batteries in ridiculously short order. Short of buying a $200 Stryd foot pod, I was frustrated. Don’t want the new Zwift hardware that attaches to your treadmill as I primarily run while on business travel and away from my bike. This app completely fixes the problem! Just use it to match the treadmill’s speed and it transmits this dotted over Bluetooth to Zwift. It pairs instantly, unlike most devices. If you don’t have an Apple Watch, just use the manual setting. If you do, select the Watch setting and then control via your watch. You can still set the treadmill speed manually on the watch by twirling the Digital Crown and then tapping on the speed number in the lower left. It will throw you off because it shows the speed as “7:0” instead of 7.0, but it works fine. When it turns green, it will send this speed to Zwift rather than the detected (and fairly low, if you’re me) speed from the Apple Watch. I’d love to help with some UI polish, but for $2 and no longer having to fuss with a foot pod, I’m all in! Now how do we get everyone else on Zwift running to know about this?
I paid for this app because it said it had an iwatch app but when I downloaded it there was no app on my watch I’m not happy because I paid money for this app just to not use it
I downloaded this for Zwift however there was an unexpected side benefit. I have a nordictrack X9i, good treadmill, but horrible software and customer service (don’t buy anything from icon fitness). Anyway, when this is running it will not only broadcast your Heat rate to Zwift it will broadcast it to iFit, the treadmill, also. The app creator should advertise this as Zwift. All though knowing nordictrack if they would disable it in the next firmware update. The app is 5 stars all the way.
