Why can’t I get coins without purchasing the treasure trove ?

I was really enjoying this game but all of a sudden I stopped getting coins awarded to me and the only way to get them is by purchasing the Treasure Trove that is full. It is full because I played so much and earned them but once it was filled the only way to claim them is to purchase them. Please bring back the free coins !
This is the first time writing a review, but I’m disappointed with the changes.

I have had this game for a while and enjoyed playing in the beginning. Since the “update” I will no longer play when new levels are released. Levels are impossible to beat without paying now, and coins cannot be earned - only bought. You use to get two extra moves in a level once a day, but that no longer happens. It’s a shame the developers don’t take these reviews into account. Don’t waste your time playing!

To be honest I used to love this game, it was challenging and fun and I played almost daily. A month or two in things took a turn for the worse. A mini game within the game glitched and kept taking my coins when I played. I didn't notice until a couple hundred coins had disappeared and then I watched while I played and sure enough it was depleting my coins. I obviously stopped playing it and went to support who refunded the coins. I wish that had been the end but unfortunately soon the entire game changed. Instead of passing a puzzle and getting coins and batteries for each one they made it where you only got batteries. So with no way to actually earn coins in the game you now have to spend your own money. If that wasn't enough they took the prizes you earned and made them into a sorta trading card that you had to fill up before getting the prize. Where before you buy a prize each time now you have to get 10 or 20 etc. before getting it. Sigh Then came the glitches again sucking coins. I was smart enough to stop playing after I notice it and I'm always on guard now. I've told support every time I find one and they didn't ever reimburse me again after the first or even let me know if it's fixed. I'm no longer sinking money into this just playing with what I already had and now it's been almost 3 months since they updated anything or added events or puzzles or mini games or trivia or new scenes since I'm at the end. Its been nothing but crickets. Just wanted to warn everyone to be aware plus the android version I have on my fire it says it will be 83 days and 16 hours to get new lives. Crazy doesn't begin to describe how bad the developers have treated this game and its customers. I'm out...
Where is the update????!

Why does it take so long for updates to this game? It is ridiculous given the number of similar games out there that provide consistent updates and new levels.

If you want to advance, this game will cost as much money as going to the real Disneyland or Disneyworld. PASS on this game and go to the real park.
Extremely Difficult Levels ????

This game is great, almost as good as candy crush. However, some levels are super hard to complete. I don’t buy any upgrades, just what ever the game gives out for free. I understand you have to make money but when a level is hard to beat without any boosts, then I consider the game cheating. I got to level 4648 in Candy Crush, without paying for any boosts. I don’t think I’ll get over scene 7, level 31st because this is just so disappointing.

You guys really need a button to request help like you have with pet rescue saga. And give coins from chests to help buy power us to continue the game. I have been on the same level for a month with no coins and no power ups and no friends to help me pass the level..I got tired of playing the same level and failing.
