I’ve used this app for almost 7 years - mostly event free. Today, it updated and changed from a purchased app to a monthly subscription and I lost ALL OF MY DATA, INCLUDING THIS ENTIRE PAY PERIOD. To add insult to injury, there was no warning and there was no way to find a backup and there was no way to recoup the cost of the app, which I’d just added to a new iPad.
Same issue as everyone else...doesn’t store punches and overwrote current time and reporting

Today, the first employee went to punch in and we found a new app that overwrote the app we paid for and was using for You touch something and it moves other punches. Wasted hours setting up to find no help button, no support, and no positive value. Now testing replacement timesheet apps and trying to determine what hours we owe our team. This is the single worst software experience in our business history This app needs to be rolled back or removed. We spent 7 hours researching to find a workable app after this one was ruined this morning
