Company announcements are not on this new app. However, it does show them in the screenshots on the App Store. Please fix this.

My company uses this system and it seems to work fine except for the fact if you accidentally clock in instead of clocking out it deletes any hours worked for the day. If you could fix the app to only allow you to clock in once if you’re already clocked in to avoid mishaps that would be great.
Can’t Log-in

I am a fairly new employee at my current job and they told me to download this app to keep track of my schedule. I’m sure the app works great but every time I try to log in on my phone it tells me: “Request Timed Out” I have tried multiple times to delete the app and re-download it, and am 100% certain my login credentials are correct but nothing is working and I’ve been trying to login for over an hour now.

This app gives you the boot way to much. When you don’t have service you get the boot. Then when you do have service app don’t let you log bag in. This app also gives you the boot when you do have service. In a job that ever second counts most of these type of apps will fail! I’m talking medical field, law enforcement, travel to patients home to home and 100’s of miles a day. These apps are made more for stationary jobs such as but not limited to, office and stores etc... clock in once then clock out, done for the day. My job I clock in then transfer, travel then transfer for a visit. Then again and again this goes on and on. Most times I get the boot and others I’m transferring every time I move place to place until finally my day ends. All and all I’m not the boss at where I work. some of them aren’t the brightest. now not only writing this down and using this app make less time with patients, also makes a long day longer. We have to do the math and I am not gonna get started with that!

I like the improvement to the home screen where you can see your hours for the pay period. I would love it if this app included with the hours work, the persons paid time off hours as well.
After update I still can’t pinch in

I’ve logged off, logged back on. Restarted phone, and deleted App and restored it. Still not working.

I have never had an issue with an app before. It changes my user name at least once a week and I have to get my manager to change it back. I have to log into the app and it tells me its not available for my company. I then I have to close the app and immediately go back in for it to work. Now since the update the app won’t show me any characters on the login screen and will not let access it.
