Replacement battery came too late

The battery died before a replacement was sent and the keys were not found except using the traditional manual method. I replace the battery immediately upon receipt of the new one but the old one had less than 1/10 of a volt of life left in it.

This is a great product, easy to use and worth every penny! I resisted buying for my wallet and keys for a year, then after 2 hours retracing my steps for my keys, broke down and got a tile for my wallet and one for my keys. Fantastic!!! When I absentmindedly leave an item in a pair of pants or set them down somewhere odd in the house, they are only a few clicks away on my phone from being discovered through the loud tone from the tile. I highly recommend.

Seriously, misplacing my wallet has now become something to look forward to. Open up the tile app and listen for the catchy jingle to locate your misplaced item. Sometimes I still use the tile app even when I know where my wallet is anyways because I was already excited about it. It makes a normally stressful event easily resolved and fun. Only flaw is sometimes the Bluetooth doesn’t work great. There are times it’ll find my wallet in my car while I’m in the basement and other times it says my wallets out of range when it’s on the desk next to me. Regardless, it’s an extremely useful app and I’m hoping to see continuous improvements for great products and app.

Tile has helped me on many occasions and definitely saved A LOT of time, which was previously usually wasted with looking for keys, wallet, purse or anything else attached to a Tile. I especially love that you can use Tile to find your phone. You can even use the Tile stickers to attach to watches, documents, etc. HIGHLY recommend Tile to anyone and everyone. You won’t regret buying it!!!!!!
