So I went to make a thumbnail for my new YouTube video, and when I tried to make it, I was given a choice of a trail. So I thought this was for free but I guess I have to find another app

I PAYED MY MONEY FOR MEMBERSHIP AND WHEN I PRESSED ENTER FOR THE THUMBNAIL TO BE DONE I JUST GLITCHED OUT. IF THIS WON’T BE FIXED, I WANT A REFUND.

It does work, but most things are blocked and whenever I try to save a photo, it crashes. You have very few (free) choices and (no offense) a bad variety
