Auto-captioning Doesn’t work

The auto-captioning doesn’t work I got it and I don’t work and I keep deleting it and then getting it back but it STILL DOESN’T WORK

I would really like to be able to record multiple 15 second videos in a row like you can on Instagram Stories because I use the transcription to make my Instagram stories accessible. It’s hard to create content when I have to pause and start over and over

I feel like they should update the app and make it more user-friendly and also makes the videos longer than just 15 seconds!! Please make them longer. I used to use Marco Polo and I loved that I had the feature to video as long as I wanted.

I HATE THREADS SO MUCH HERE IS WHY 1. It is so annoying to send and receive messages 2. The only fun thing on it is the curse feature 3. It’s very confusing to use 4. It is much easier to dm people on the Instagram app 5. It’s like messenger but more annoying 6. I could go on for hours but I’ll stop here cause you get the point. DELETE THIS APP

It can closed caption a minute of video but then only downloads 15 seconds Can change the color or contrast of closed caption which is frustrating when you have white text on a white background It also flips video clips upside down and doesn’t recognize when I’ve flipped a video around on my camera roll so the writing on my shirt or background isn’t backwards.

When I try to edit the captions after importing a video to do closed captioning the videos turn sideways.. Please fix this or give us a rotate button.

Worked great until about a week ago, now I have tried several times to get a few different videos to caption and for whatever reason it turns the video from upright to sideways (and cuts off half the video) when trying to add captions and I cannot fix it no matter how many times I will re-save a video and try it again. The length of the video does not seem to matter, it’s happened both with 30 second and 15 second videos. Also if music is playing and I try to record it tends to freeze and blur the screen. If I hit the button to record again it stays frozen to the screen but will record a video...I just can’t see it until I’m done. If it doesn’t do that then the whole app freezes and I have to close it and try again. If they can fix these ASAP the app would be much better.

i don’t understand why it forces you to have 3 close friends, i wish it can give you the option to not choose any close friends

Captions are gone

I used this app for 3-4 weeks for the ability to add captivating and helpful captions to my videos. It worked excellent for this. There were some shortcomings (only works with 15 sec clips, captions editor was a little wonky sometimes), but overall this was an amazing feature. Last week, though, I can’t access captioning anymore. It’s gone from the app. Super disappointing.
