THGG releases app finally...2 bad it's wrong

It's great of THGG to finally release an app BUT why release this one first? Honestly, I don't want my salespeople logging customers on lot from their phones. I want customers in the showroom where deals are worked. Sitting down with customers and building rapport. This app just adds more shortcuts to the overall sales process. Quite frankly, I don't like the fact if one of my guys decided to work for another dealer, he would then have 24/7 access to my dealerships customers personal info. Why wouldn't the first app be for dealers or managers? An app to view the desk log if your out for the day or week. An app for sales & bdc managers to view how many internet leads you have for the day & possibly respond to leads. Heck, an app just to make sure higher gear was updated for the day. Glad you decided to build an app but honestly it seems like it was built just to say you built an app. It's not user friendly in the least. When apps are the biggest things going and a huge selling point for THGG to get new dealers on their CRM, it's mind-blowing this is the app you come out with. Put some effort into an app your going to release because this is an insult to your current customers. Innovation is the key to succeeding and you just released an app equivalent to an old green screen. Wish I could have rated it 0 stars but apple wouldn't let me.
