Why would you need this if you get infinite tries on every terminal in Fallout 4? Furthermore plenty of terminals have passwords laying around, and few terminals give you anything of value.

This app is quite pretty and functional, it doesn't do anything wrong. I just personally never had any problems with the hacking puzzles, even without the tip (which I acquired just now from this app) that strings of symbols reset your attempts. But if you have issues with the mini-game by all means get this app!
Cool concept, but needs improvements

I like this, but I'm not going to type in all the passcode entries when I could simply just keep trying the first 3 words and take the duds away then log off and repeat till it works if I'm that lazy. There should be a camera feature where you take a picture of the terminals options and it does the same thing, but without human error of typing it in. I like the concept, but just make it easier on us, and more people will download it.
