Bait and Switch

This app is a complete bait and switch. You can’t upload a script or type with your iPad keyboard to use it without upgrading. You would have to type in the whole script with your iPad screen keyboard (which is ridiculous) to use it. I wish apps would be honest and give us a fair chance to try it before buying it.

Great app till last update

Well this last update causes the app to crash when opening on latest iOS. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still crashes. Oh well.

I don’t ever write reviews for anything considered apps. This app saved me from dealing with a client who never writes anything in advance. I sit with the client and talk about what he wants to say and put it in TelePrompTer lite and boom, lifesaver. The talk to text saves a ton of time. Good app, easy to use. Will upgrade to premium.

I use Telepromter Lite to scroll my Tai Chi lessons, so I can practice my 180-step practice, which I cannot seem to memorize. I can make the type large enough that I can see it from 20-30 feet away and keep going as I read. Thank you for making this possible!

Just used it to perform a radio play with live orchestra. I tested everything else out there and this was head and shoulders above the rest. Easy to paste text (script) in. Easy to edit. Great range of scroll pacing. I registered the cloud sync (free) so I could sync the script across devices and test the size of iPad that was best for the job. Painless. Also, the Start and Pause actions, the fingertip drag to scroll action, jump to top action all were intuitive and smooth. Great app!
