Honestly, this app is not the best. They have limited hours and even then they’re unable to answer any questions or provide help... I think a way to improve this app would be for the developers to offer online training courses so that people who WANT to help are able to. So far, I’m not impressed by any of their tactics, and I think they need to work on them.

There are several children on this app who suffer from depression and talk about ending their lives and no one is ever there to help them.

I just got this app and you can’t even reply to people. Only Teen Talk people can. That’s not fair I wanted to chat with people and stuff I thought that’s what the app was but it’s not. Don’t waste ur time ?

This app has been so helpful! I love knowing I’m getting advice from someone else my age instead of an adult. The advice has been really great and I’ve been able to actually use it. Definitely recommend.

There’s things that need to be said, to vent, to get off your chest, things you may not want anyone else to know. This app allows that. A great source of resources and the trained teens truly cared about what I had to say and helped me through a really hard time.

I really love the idea of this app, however I feel like the actual app itself could use some work. Every time I open it I can’t post anything - I was able to post one thing the first day I got it, but now I can’t post or upvote. I’ve tried updating and I think it’s just broken at this point. I really like the idea however and think that the app should keep going, it’s just not well made right now which makes it difficult.
