I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt this was needed. Every single order I have ever placed with Target in Fort Smith and every single time I have come in the store, every person has always been very helpful and kind. Even if there was a problem with an order, coupon, or maybe I couldn’t find something on the shelf and the app said it was stocked before I came in. Needless to say, whoever is running that store is doing a fantastic job.

Target pick-ups are quick and seamless, and if by human error there happens to be a mistake their resolve is phenomenal and requires very little on my part! I’d shop Target for all my grocery needs if I could!!

Not sure if this is new, but I recently used the List section of the app and found it so helpful! I love that it lets you sort the list in the most efficient route through the store. Another cool feature would be if it suggested other items to buy along your route based on the other items on the list!
Worthless if you use FSA

There is no option to print a receipt, (or generate a digital one for that matter) to be able to submit for fsa reimbursement. Much easier to buy from Amazon, you can pick and choose FSA items and generate receipt to submit. Really figured a big company like Target would have this figured out, but I guess they really don’t care

I am a high school student who loves to buy new things. My parents have always used the drive up pickup delivery method when buying groceries or essentials for the house. So I decided to get the Target app to try it out, and I have to say that this is the BEST app to use when buying quick, easy things. What I love most about it is the drive up pickup method when checking out. Basically, when you order on the app and choose the drive up pickup method, you will get an email within 2 hours saying that your order is ready and you can go pick it up and the chosen store (you choose the store at checkout). All in all, I think this was the best app for convenience.

I used to be Amazon prime customer for a long time bcoz target is not available on my country. After I move to US, I usually use Target as my priority shopping app. Even order cancellations by customer are really easy and quick.
Forced sign-in

It’s super annoying that I couldn’t bypass the sign-in when I wanted to quickly check if something was in stock at my local store. I don’t use my Target account enough to have it memorized or saved to my phone. Maybe save the sign-in for the checkout so you don’t lose customers that prefer to shop at your stores.
