All order ahead options are being taking away for a lot of products

This app has bugs. Not just breaking down at times, it’ll also tell me something is available for pick up and then when I click to add to cart it will say “oops check ...” basically that’s it’s not available for pickup even though it lets me select it. It will tell you an item is out of stock when you’re checking if something is available at a different store or if it’s available for pickup at a list of different stores and it’s 90% not true, its there if you actually go to the store- what it means is the item is not available for pick up/drive up. Pick up and drive up are meant to help people who really need it to save time and can’t/aren’t available to run in the store, whether it’s a disability/health issue or some other personal reason. At the start of COVID there were way more things available for pickup/drive up now the list is quickly dwindling. And there’s no rhyme or reason to it. I get you wanna have stuff for the people who visit the location but surely target is a big enough corporation to figure out a way to satisfy all their guests. - still true as of 11/23/21 app also crashes and takes forever to load

Apparently - Target doesn’t allow you to change your email address (even with access to your password and phone number). They don’t verify the email address used for sign up either...so I now have an account where I cannot change the email address due to a typo. Support tells me it isn’t possible to change the account for security reasons and asked me to just create a new account. The Target tech team seem think email accounts are never compromised?!? (If my email account is compromised and I choose to create a new email account, that guarantees my Target account will be compromised because I cannot change the email address). Literally the only app/account where I cannot change my email address. Please fix.

The app doesn’t tell you something is out of stock until you try to add it to the cart OR when you’re checking out. Pretty inconvenient.

The app makes it so easy and accessible. If one store doesn’t have it in stock they give you options to another. Truly easy and time saving. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Why does on line sometimes say u can’t deliver to my zip code & other times it’s fine. I live in a small town on a major highway. UPS & FedEx both come to town daily so why!?????? I order something & it’s fine, the next time it won’t let me. I don’t understand.
