Especially like the details provided to find the items in the store and if it is in stock. Don't have to waste time going from store to store to find items. In some purchases, able to get better prices online than in store with in store pickup

I use this app for absolutely everything. If I am looking for something specific in the store and I can’t find it I just use the app to locate the isle. I also place orders so that I can pick them up in the store.

You would think a multi billion dollar company like Target could invest in decent app and web development, but apparently that’s too much to ask. Scanned my cartwheel barcode at self checkout and it applied two manufacturer coupons but not the 25% off for Covergirl mascara. I brought this to the attention of the associate, who assured me that it had been applied and would be reflected on the receipt. Of course he was wrong, because even Target employees don’t understand how this garbage app works. I had to go to customer service to get the discount applied and they eventually gave up and just gave me $2 so I would go away. The whole checkout process literally took 20 minutes for 6 items because the app is slow and glitchy and the store associates don’t know what to do with it. It takes minutes to load the cartwheel coupons and barcodes. It times out/has error messages often. There is no excuse for this. I’m quite certain Target paid for the positive reviews in the App Store because there is no way anyone rated this app highly. It makes me not want to shop at Target anymore, which I’m pretty sure is the opposite of what you’re trying to accomplish. Fix it.

I don’t know what target was thinking. The app was working great, now post update it won’t load on my phone. After 10min last night it finally came up and then crashed.

I love Target, I love ordering online from Target, I love the store pickup feature from Target, I feel good walking into Target and doing my own shopping, and the main reason I shop at Target, I love their charitable giving. Using their app is no different. It’s clean, efficient and easy to navigate. Target is all around a pleasant shopping experience for me, if you couldn’t tell already!
