I never spend money on games. NEVER. I’ve always thought it was stupid but this game just grabbed my heartstrings and I fell in love. I decided to purchase some pearls so I could jump ahead in the Halloween event (which ends in days, mind you). So, i make my purchase and it all goes through. My card is charged, my apple ID says I made a purchase on TAP TAP FISH. But guess what? I wasn’t given any pearls. Nothing. So, i email the support. I don’t hear anything back. It’s day three and I’m still waiting to even get a response. This game is amazing, but the developers and support staff are a joke. I will be deleting the game due to bad support. I don’t play around with my money, clearly the developers think they can. Pathetic.

The game is okay but I keep having like 100 bugs. my coral keeps disapearing and i know for a fact that thats not supposed to happen. PLS FIX THiS!!!!

Love this games so much, out of every fish game I’ve played this is the best! I love the music and art style on this game, I enjoy getting on every day a doing the daily’s, I always enjoy decorating my ocean, I’ll usually watch all the adds while I clean my room, and I basically get the stuff for free, and I’m perfectly fine with waiting for success, also love that there is a new advent every month! The advent fish are so cute, and I like it that if I miss a fish or too for a advent, the next advent allows me to fuse other fish to get the ones i missed! love the game! ❤️ my problems are, I’ve collected so many shrimp and crabs that I have over 1000A on recourses but I have a hard time getting 100 clams

Over the last 4 or 5 years this game has gone up, and then straight down in my opinion, came back to give it another chance, lots of rng, cash grabbing animals, events that feel messy and rushed, constant paywalls. Not as fun as it used to be.

I haven’t been able to play in a while. Now that every time I try to play, it crashes. Every time I enter, it says: Due to lack of gameplay, the ram storage is lower than usual. And I can’t even play it anymore. Please fix this. Thank you.
