My messages has not been going through for the past three days now it keeps on showing message failed and I have contacted then by email but they haven’t resolved it

Been having this problem for a while now with being told I have reached my daily domestic outgoing text limit and I get locked out, for 24 hours each time. Been blocked on and off for 4 days I pay for what I believed to be unlimited text and calls.

LIMITS MESSAGES SENT, USELESS UNTIL 24 HOUR WAIT UNTILL YOU CAN SEND, IT DOESNT TAKE A LOT OF MESSAGE TO TRIGGER THIS!!! I have never seen an app that completely fails, I have a fine internet connection, I have an updated newish phone, I am having the same problems as everyone else, it won’t let you sign in—-WONT LET YOU GET YOUR OLD MESSAGES YOU NEED TOO— it’s as if this company has gone out of business, as there no updates or expectations of when it will be repaired. I would recommend any other app but this one. I could see a few hours of service disruption, but this is going on a week, and people depend on this number for their daily communication, some use it for work, family, and just general livelihood. This is bringing down that quality of life. This company, Talkatone, May not see it that way, but it is just terrible to loose communication, have to jump to another app, get a whole new number, tell all your contacts, friends, family, work, etc about this new number. SO FRUSTRATING ((by the way, some messages say “TEAM IS WORKING IN IT” I suspect they don’t have a team of anything, I really do.

So a friend introduced me to this app and it’s pretty amazing seeing him use it. We both apply for schools in the states and since we’re not there we find it difficult to make contact with the school and get to know what is going on with our application. And he uses the app on his phone to make contact but mine won’t work and that’s a serious headache this app is giving me. It says I’m not in the location and if I try using a VPN too it won’t allow me. Please help me out with this because it’s stressing me out

So I just recently got this app but I’m getting lag and this app needs to change on how much you text because I’m texting my friends and when it says “you have internet exceeded the daily use” I can’t text my friends anymore and my friends think that I’m ignoring them so it caused me to lose my friends. This app needs to have unlimited texting usage and I have to keep this app so I can stay in contact with my parents
