Just got an email from their customer service saying that they disabled SMS messaging. Well what they also didn’t count on is that I attempted to call the number that I originally SMS’d and the call also failed. I got scammed into buying their credits. Now I demand a refund!
Payment system is really inconvenient

Many UN recognized countries are not listed (for example, Cyprus), therefore making topping up in these countries impossible. Furthermore, listing of the expiration date for credit cards is arbitrary, making payment impossible. For example, if your card expires in 2023, you will not be able to make payments. But if it expires in 2022, you can make payments. I have never seen an app that makes payment so hard. Its as if the developers do not want to make money?

I used to enjoy this app but recently call dropping has been a big issue for me. Also people receiving call from other side but I am not able to hear them.
