Unreliable

wachman2003

App will work for a bit then will not sync with mobile device.

So many problems! I hate having to log back in every 30 days. It’s so annoying.

Shelby9087

I have to keep logging into my Fitbit dashboard so many times because it keeps saying nothing to sync, but there is clearly data to sync. So frustrating.

Constantly have to delete and reinstall the app, because it will just stop syncing data.

Periodic app reinstall

Depends on Weather

So far I’ve had to delete/reinstall this app 3 times (over past couple of years) when it stops syncing activity and steps from Health into Fitbit. That seems to be only option that works. Also can’t delete previous devices (Apple Watch, iphone) from selection in app.

Worthless and don’t expect any support

mr_mvp

This app is worthless if your trying to get your step history imported over to Fitbit. It misses most of the steps. It will skip days completely and if it works at all it will miss huge chunks of steps for most days. Complete waste of money. Reached out to support a couple times and received zero response. Don’t waste your money.

Have to delete and reload monthly

gardnern

Every time the apps token with Fitbit expires it stops syncing. It used to request a new one, now it just fails.

It doesn’t work

poojamehta

Absolute Trash

Have to use the app due to employer health plan requirements and I can honestly say I have not had a worse experience with an application on any platform. Lose steps and data all the time. Constantly have to delete the app and reinstall to try to get any data to sync. Still rarely works properly. This would be a sorry excuse for a free application and developers should be embarrassed at this performance.
