This has happened on multiple occasions-- I'll use this app to sync Fitbit steps to my Apple health, and instead then reverse happens and the smaller number of steps replaces the larger. For example today my 14000 Fitbit steps were replaced by the 9k my phone had tracked. Twice. It causes my actual Fitbit to reset to the smaller number as well, and erase any workouts. I've restarted my Fitbit but it doesn't fix this problem. I've also manually added steps to apple health and then synced, and that didn't remedy the negated steps. I'll be uninstalling. Edit: I feel like an idiot-- there are two versions of this app and I installed the wrong one. Guess this does what it's meant to do! Just wish I had purchased the correct one, hah.

Very quirky application, it says that I have three Apple watches. And none of them are able to sync with Fitbit although it says that they have successfully synced.
Just downloaded, seems legit...

So far the app has worked as advertised and synced my Apple Watch to the Fit Bit app. We'll see how it works...

I left my Fitbit charger at home and have been unable to charge my device. App now syncs my Apple Health data to my Fitbit. Prevents my Fitbit friends from thinking I feel off the planet between now and the time that I get reunited with my charger.

This app is very misleading. Your steps will not count toward challenges. I’d like a refund.

I have an Apple Watch so I purchased this app so I could transfer my steps from my watch to the health app and then to the Fitbit app to track my steps to compete with my friend since none of them have apple watches but they all have fitbits instead and after following all the steps in your guideline I still cannot sync them together. Purchased this thinking it would work but what a waste of money. Doesn’t count any of my steps unless I have my phone on me and even then it glitches and states that I haven’t walked at all. It won’t count my steps in the challenge section which makes no sense to me but whatever. Currently at 8k but the app states I’m only at 3k since it won’t transfer any data from my health app to the Fitbit app. Seems like you guys have some bugs to fix. I’ve reset everything countless times and still nothing.

This app simply doesn’t work. And assuming it eventually will, why don’t I have the option to sync workouts, heart rate and elevations? Just pointless.

it counts my resting calories burned twice - no matter how I set it up. All I want to do is add the steps from my Apple Watch to the Fitbit app. That’s it. Nothing else. Just the steps. If there’s a way to do that I’d love to know how.
