It says that a dog bit peter, giving him powers It says that Spider-man's nickname is spidey, no it's supposed to be spidey and webhead which there was an answer for. And the first comic that features Spider-Man is called, amazing fantasy.

What a crock. A long rambling disclaimer citing “free positive advertising” and “fair use” attempts to excuse the theft of artwork and other material that the publisher obviously stole to sell in a half-baked app. The fact that so much effort was put into this fine print says volumes. I’d be willing to wager every app by this so-called developer is based on infringing content.
