The goal is to remove all viruses from the screen. To do that you have to rotate and position the capsules on top of or alongside the viruses and other capsules so that there are at least 4 blocks with the same color next to each other.

Of all the Dr. Mario games available this is the best, but there are a number of issues. Sometimes a bunch of pills disappear at the beginning for no reason. Sometimes pieces of pills appear out of nowhere when turning one. In the original game the pills all turned clockwise not counterclockwise When turning pills on the left side (varies?) the pills turn clockwise... and if you turn them again they turn normally for the first 90 degrees, but then turn back instead of turning 180. There’s no yellow/blue piece. I still enjoy the game, but I wish these things were fixed.
Fun but has huge delay in response.

I was so happy I found a game like dr MARIO. But then was so sad because the response time to move pills or rotate is horrible. Sometimes it doesn't do anything when touched and by then you have lost your turn and put it somewhere you didn't want it to be In the higher levels where you don't have time to make mistakes response time is crucial. Please update this so it plays better.
