Just scan the barcode of any product and instantly see a breakdown of naturally occurring and added sugars.
Sugar Rush is the only app that can tell between added and natural sugars in a food.
America is addicted to sugar, with over 100 pounds consumed yearly by every man, woman, and child. 71% of the added sugars in Americans’ diets come from grocery bought foods. Many foods include a combination of added sugars and naturally occurring sugars from fruit and dairy, but people have no easy way to discern the amount of sugars added to their food. Nutrition labels do not indicate how much sugar has been added, and food manufacturers don’t voluntarily disclose this information.
Now you can finally do something about it - get the Sugar Rush app.
This is the only app to differentiate between added and naturally occurring sugars in foods.

Updated last 2 years ago...can’t find info from barcode on a Monster energy drink.
Had hoped that the app also worked overseas, but even scanning US products overseas yields zero results. Looking forward though to try it out upon my return.
This is a great little app. My kids have been scanning the pantry all day long LOL
Ok this app is amazing! There has been talk of how sugar is extremely bad for you and this really helps you stay away from the bad sugar. It's also so simple!?????
Shows you the total teaspoons of sugar in a product. That is awesome enough. But the added sugar info is, well, the icing on the cake?
Great app but what made you chose tsp instead of grams for measuring? That is really bizarre. Any chance of an update so we can chose the measurements that the rest of the world use?
This is a good app however the app does not specify if the sugar amounts are per serving or for the entire container or product. The information is kind of useless without knowing that. Also would be good have a grams option.
Super concept but this app has frozen 4 out of the 5 times I've used it after scanning a label. Also, there should be a button to restart the scan for a new product.
