Seemed like an excellent idea- but does not work for iPhone 8Plus .. doesn’t even calibrate heart rate ? I hope that changes in the future!
I love this app and would love to give it five stars, but I have two problems. 1. History use to work, but now when I touch the history option the entire app crashes. I would like to be able to look at my trends. This use to work and was great. 2. App support appears to be in German and I am not bilingual. Other than that awesome app!
Shows me my stress level and I am exhausted...so Idecided to make some holidays :)
Nice addition to the apple health system it goes with the heart rate app and other fitness tracking for a better overall understanding of daily mental and physical health.
Seems pretty accurate. Gives you an idea of how you are affected by situations throughout the day.
Just got it so can't tell how reliable it is yet... but initial impressions are good
