When I first saw this game on iTunes, I was immediately drawn to the retro pixel art that seemed so simple, yet so charming. Everything about this game is great. I absolutely love the art. Retro pixel art may not appeal to some, but I love pixel art just as much, maybe even more, than the flashy modern-day graphics. The game is also unique in that you have to buy land and manage resources (almost like an RTS) in addition to building and upgrading towers - an element in gameplay that i haven't seen in a tower defense game before. Don't let the retro look fool you, this game takes some new approaches in the tower defense genre - and does a heck of a job too.
With horrible graphics and hard to decipher gameplay, this is one TD you can safely avoid.
Man I liked this game so much that I bought the real one corse if you have ADD and are stupid like these other guys ur never get the game but just give it a min and and ur love then I sugest you buy the real one more towers lvls and fun loved this game it's gets challenging in futher lvls tho
It does take a minute to catch on to all the features. Once you get the hang of it, the menus make sense. I'm not wild about the graphics, but it's perfectly clear what everything is and what is going on during the wave, unlike many other games. Many maps, wide variety of towers and enemies, technology to research, resources to manage - this is the most indepth TD game I've played. And I've played dozens.
THIS GAME IS AWSOM!!!!!!!!!! It takes a few minits to figure out and thin its easy! I relly want the paid vershon relly bad so i rate this game!
i think its awsome how th lite version has 10 maps. its great way to see if you like it before you buy it (which i would if i where you). great for retro fans!
This has solid game play, there are lots of options, and it runs smoothly.
I loved the lite version where you had 10 lvls to see if you liked it or not and the graphics make you feel like your playing a more classic game. The only thing that I feel it needs is an endurance mode where you have to holdout as long as you can
