You don’t make my caramel macchiato correctly 50 - 75 percent of the time. Sometimes it’s not foamy like I asked. Sometimes it’s only 75 percent full. Also I don’t like the fact that you took away the Wall Street Journal. That means after I buy my drink, I have to figure out where I’m gonna get a WSJ. It’s a major hassle for me. Thanks/Mark

The mobile ordering issues persist and are not addressed in this latest update. But more importantly, Starbucks should be listening to their customers and not politicizing their strategic motive in the US. Branding these decisions will only alienate customers. Also, the fact that Starbucks took an interest in helping China carry out their agenda is deeply troubling, and shows that Starbucks is not invested in improving their app UI.

Please do the common sense thing and either allow me to view receipts in my purchase history, or automatically email receipts upon confirmation of the purchase. Requiring us to request receipts from baristas not only seems like unnecessary extra work for the customer and the labor stricken baristas, but it’s also an absurd process to receive a proof of purchase for an online transaction, quite frankly.
App used to work great

The app used to work properly, but now it won't apply 25 reward stars toward payment. You keep getting an error message. This is terrible cause you could save money especially when my card has low funds. I'm running IOS and you all need to fix this bug in the app.

So let me just start off by saying how much I love Starbucks! Although the prices are a little more than what you would pay at a regular coffee store the drinks are top notch. I love how easy the app is to use and it makes it a cinch to pick up my drinks and get about my day without getting stuck in the long line. My fav drink is the “chai tea iced with sweet cold foam”! Love it!!!!

Rewards are a joke. This week you have to buy 3 cold brews at aprox $5.50 each, to earn 75 stars. So spend $16.50 to get about $2.50 worth of stars (150 stars is a free handcrafted beverage). Break it down and that’s about a 15% discount on a drink after shelling out 3 drinks. Meanwhile, your money sits in Starbucks app, where they earn interest on it. The money people have sitting in their Starbucks app amounts to millions of dollars that they have at their disposal. Total scam, scam of a company. They pay their baristas next to nothing, which probably why most of them are miserable and mess up your drink 50% of the time.

I frequent two local Starbucks stores, Mariemont OH and Madeira OH. Both are excellent, particularly the Mariemont store... which provides highly skilled and very personal service. I also like to use the order ahead service, but I don’t get the same level of quality service at other stores. For example, I just ordered two “salted cream, cold foam, cold brews” from the Loveland store on Kemper, and both drinks had very little salted cream and cold foam... this NEVER happens at Mariemont or Madeira.
