Well, I’ve loved Starbucks long before the app came along. But life got so much easier the moment I downloaded it! Being in busy cities and also being a person that runs around like a chicken with no head in the mornings (I can’t be the only one, right?) makes standing in a long line for coffee near to impossible. To cut my wait from several minutes to a few seconds is a game changer. Granted, one must constantly factor in things like traffic, peak hours for coffee breaks, etc. and sometimes you’ll need to place an order earlier than usual. I have no complaints about this app.

I enjoy my Starbucks app because I'm not having to waste time looking for my credit card or worry about having enough cash when I order my beverages. I always have available money right on my phone. AND Starbucks gives me free beverages after a dozen purchases. WHO DOESNT LIKE FREE? Thank you Chef Shannon Ambrosio The app gets better all the time, now I am alerted to when they are offering double star purchases. I placed an order for a breakfast sandwich and proceeded to drive all the way to Starbucks to pick up my order. I arrived to find and empty paper bag (the ones the food arrives in) with someone’s writing on it letting me know that they are all out of what I ordered. I ended up having to stand in line to get a refund and left empty handed. Starbucks needs to do a better job updating available inventory for their app, so that customers don’t waste their time going to Starbucks for nothing. I think I’ll just go to Pete’s instead, they have better coffee anyway.

I have been a faithful Starbucks drinker since 2002 and refused to even get the card when it came out. I like going to the counter and chatting with all of the baristas that I have come to know through all of the years of going to Starbucks. Why did I finally break down and get the app? Easy answer... standing behind inconsiderate customers talking on their phones and also trying to customize food orders just slows the line down to a halt. I couldn’t take it anymore had to skip all the “sheeple” on line and just go get my coffee. My only wish is the app told you what store had what blend of Dark roast. Other then that I love it.

Best ever. I have to wait for a ride. If we move into the Natick Mall I will be able to go every day But I just like my favorite store in Medfield ma Best staff. Like family and really awesome. Best Starbucks and right on with taste. Keep them stocked . My grand kids gave me my name as Barbara Starbucks’s.

One of the problems is that the app has problems with refreshing. If there are challenges/promotions happening, the app does not show the ongoing ones nor the points I already gained. It could take up to 3 hours before it finally shows. Also, after I paid with my card, the balance does not refresh until a couple of hours later. I hope this could be fixed soon, because it is annoying it takes so long or does not show up at all!
