Boooo! Removing functionality blows!

Several customization options have been removed - making the app unusable for mobile orders. Example - I used to be able to order breakfast sandwiches without the egg or cheese. You can only remove the meat now. Not sure what genius decided that was great, but Taking away functionality that users had...dumb.
This APP gave away my information

This app has just allowed someone to hack into my debit card and use my card information. Because of needing to recharge a Starbucks card to constantly make a purchase, instead of just using our own debit card per checkout. First of all Starbucks didn’t seem to notice that someone else on a different phone in a different state was making purchases on the same day in the same account. Second, I changed my password and nothing, it didn’t log me out when changing my password, hence the hackers still have accessibility to my account. There is just no security with this APP if you want your information stolen and want people to have free Starbucks on your money then go for this app! Also, there was no way for me to lock my little Starbucks card, just had to spectate while someone else was eating away my money! Just AWFUL! You’d think since it’s Starbucks they would have a good quality app, pff, it SUCKSS!

Love the idea of the app . Absolutely love the easy ordering and customization of drinks. What I don’t like is that Stars expire . That’s kind of weird and unfair if I earned them why put a limit on when I can use them?

My Starbucks in Monroe Washington is the best! It’s the one in the Fred Meyer parking lot on Highway two. The ladies there are so lovely and friendly! I also have another Starbucks that I frequent it’s the walk-in in Monroe right before you go out of town on Highway two. Their staff there is so friendly and lovely and I just love them and they make the best coffee! Thank you Starbucks!!!?????

The deal that are on the app will not add to my account. So I can only do the ones that come to my email. The deal that came to my email about buying the pink drinks and so I signed in and added to my account via email. I go to the app ans nothing is there and I have already bought a pink drink today.
Mobile ordering broken

With the 6.4 update, mobile ordering is broken—after confirming the store the app freezes. Still broken with 6.4.1. Customer support just says try reinstalling the app. (I did; it accomplished nothing.)

I love Starbucks! Perelman Starbucks on Civic Center Blvd. Best coffee, egg bites and best staff. Especially, Sam. She’s the bomb! Lol Hey Starbucks, Sam deserve a raise. Very pleasant, genuinely kind and always on point. Thank you
Ridiculous Apple Pay policy
